  • Click Up Monitoring and Updating (Status, Employee Position, Employee Sub-Position, Date Active, Payout Details)
  • Customer Performance Appraisal
  • Preparation: Back to work order, Leave form, Incident Report (IR) (Minor Offenses) Notice to Explain (NTE), Authority to Deduct (ATD) Form and Attachments, Offboarding Documents (Resignation Letter, Exit Interview Form)
  • Daily Time Record (DTR) Collation
  • Daily DTR Plotting
  • Client Concerns
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Issuance
  • Onsite incident handling (initial information): Damage/Lost Breakage Report (LBR)
  • Person-in-Charge Training and Coordination
  • Timekeeping: Employee Self Service System (ESS) Update (PLX), Workforce Management (WFM) Management (Lazada, SPX), and MY HR (LFP-Maersk)
