The Workforce Specialist ensures optimal 24/7 staffing and operational efficiency for the Global Support Hub. The role supports workforce planning, reporting, analysis, and project coordination across operations, medical, and cross‑border teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage efficient rosters across multiple teams.
- Support planning of training, appraisals, and professional development.
- Analyze operational data and maintain dashboards for leadership.
- Provide insights to improve resource allocation and service delivery.
- Support client reporting, financial tracking, and tour scheduling.
- Coordinate business continuity activities and internal communications.
