About the Role

The Workforce Specialist ensures optimal 24/7 staffing and operational efficiency for the Global Support Hub. The role supports workforce planning, reporting, analysis, and project coordination across operations, medical, and cross‑border teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage efficient rosters across multiple teams.
  • Support planning of training, appraisals, and professional development.
  • Analyze operational data and maintain dashboards for leadership.
  • Provide insights to improve resource allocation and service delivery.
  • Support client reporting, financial tracking, and tour scheduling.
  • Coordinate business continuity activities and internal communications.
  • Manage and support key projects and global initiatives.
