About the Role As a Workforce Solutions Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the deployment and management of our bank staff across multiple departments. From keeping records accurate and up to date, to ensuring smooth shift allocation and clear communication with staff and managers, you'll be a central part of the team making sure our workforce solutions run seamlessly.
