Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience with Workforce Software (WFS / EmpCenter) including Time & Attendance and Job Scheduling.
  • Proven expertise in physical time clocks, covering clock face layout configuration and end-to-end rollout planning.
  • Experience configuring WFS rules, schedules, accruals, and supporting integrations with SAP SuccessFactors / Payroll.
  • Workforce Software Certified (PT102 / PT103 / PT120 / PT125 / PT141 preferred) with enterprise delivery experience.
