to support day-to-day operations by providing real-time visibility into call center performance, maintaining organized reporting, and ensuring operational checklists and call recordings are properly managed. This is a
supportive, non-supervisory
role that helps the management team make informed decisions and maintain high productivity standards through timely, accurate, and well-organized information.
