About The Role

The Workforce Programs Specialist is responsible for leading, growing and continuously improving Council's early careers programs, ensuring they attract, develop and retain talented individuals who will contribute to our organisation and community.

In this rewarding role, you will:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Council's trainee, apprentice, cadet and graduate programs, from workforce planning and recruitment through to onboarding, development and program completion.
