This role will be instrumental in shaping the future workforce strategy, ensuring the organisation is equipped to respond effectively to market changes and achieve strategic goals.Responsibilities:
- Work closely with executives and business leaders to understand business goals and determine demand and supply requirements for strategic workforce planning (SWP).
