Manager-(Frontline/Bulk /Volume Hiring) – Airoli (Navi Mumbai)

  • Candidates handling Frontline / Bulk hiring / Volume Hiring only should apply
  • Vendor Management Experience is mandatory
  • BPO/BPM Experience or Consultancy experience in BPO roles
  • Total Experience: 10-13 years
  • Relevant Exp - 1 year+ as a Manager on paper
  • Handled a team of atleast Assistant Managers/Recruiters / Sr. Recruiters
  • Handled Bulk, volume and Frontline Hiring, agent based hiring, Staff Planning, Strategize
  • Vendor Management, Employee Referral and Sourcing Team
  • Ontime fill rate, should be able to deliver 95% Fill rate
  • Must be comfortable with WFO
  • Must be comfortable with General & UK shifts
