Forecasting & Planning: Develop short- and long-term capacity plans, forecasting volume, and identifying staffing needs. Scheduling & Real-Time Management: Create, manage, and optimize staff schedules;
monitor real-time queues to adjust staffing levels. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance metrics (KPIs) to identify trends, ensure adherence, and prepare reports for stakeholders. Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with operational leaders and clients to align staffing with business objectives.
