Job Description: Design and deliver workforce planning solutions that align talent, skills, and cost with long term business strategy. The role combines workforce analytics, HR strategy, and Oracle EPM Cloud expertise to enable data driven planning and decision making. Key Responsibilities: Lead Strategic Workforce Planning initiatives including demand & supply forecasting, gap analysis, and scenario modeling. Design and implement Oracle EPM / EPBCS Workforce Planning solutions. Build workforce models covering headcount, FTE, skills, compensation, and cost. Partner with HR, Finance, and Business stakeholders to translate strategy into actionable workforce plans. Support workforce optimization, transformation, and budgeting initiatives. Deliver insights and dashboards to support executive decision making. Requirements: Strong experience in Strategic Workforce Planning or Workforce Analytics.
