Duties and Responsibilities Include: 

· Define the future of the organization by leading the strategic workforce planning process to support the BU's strategy and associated growth plans

· Engage with key stakeholders across the BU to understand the long-term strategic plan of the business and translate this into a clear and realistic workforce plan and actions

· Develop strategies and specific plans to close the talent gaps and prioritize investment in talent initiatives

· Understand trends and risks in the labor market as well as demographic and workforce implications of our current employee population

· Adapt quickly to globalization, technology and growth opportunities while developing diverse talent for the BU and for the Company
