YOUR ROLE

CEVA Logistics has been awarded a major new contract with a high‑profile client, marking an exciting phase of growth for the business expanding on our e‑commerce offering. This is a new build implementation offering exciting opportunities across contract logistics. As a result, we are recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to support the delivery of accurate labour, capacity and deployment plans within our new Derby operation.

This role will see you working closely with the onsite Planning Manager and operational teams, focusing on turning labour plans into effective operational execution, ensuring labour is deployed correctly, variances are identified early, and operational teams have the data and insight they need to make timely decisions.

This is a key role in maintaining day‑to‑day operational stability in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, and offers a strong foundation for progression into planning or analyst roles.
