Description

The Workforce Planning Analyst independently executes forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and performance management activities for the EMEA Customer Success organization. This role ensures that staffing models and schedules align with EMEA’s operational demands while supporting digital enablement, WFM software administration, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance excellence.

Role expectations
  • Own short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting models and provide scenario planning analysis.
  • Build schedules and staffing plans aligned to demand patterns, operational targets, and AOP commitments.
