Job Description

Job purpose:

The permanent and full-time Workforce Planning Administrator role provides operational and administrative support to the workforce planning and staffing functions. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate workforce data, supporting planning activities, coordinating reporting, and assisting with managing rosters.


The role does not have decision-making authority over staffing levels or workforce strategy but plays a critical role in enabling informed decision-making through accurate data, coordination, and documentation.

In this role you will

  • Act as the first point of contact for casual staff, handling enquiries via email, phone and staff walk-ins.
  • Manage all staff communication channels, including event-day emails, staff engagement initiatives, monthly newsletters and the staff Facebook page.
