Strategic Purpose of the Role
This position supports the organization's objective to improve labor accuracy, operational efficiency, and cost control while enabling scalable, network-wide workforce planning. The Planner will contribute to building a predictive labor framework that aligns staffing levels with operational needs and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Labor Planning & Allocation
Develop and maintain labor plans using APS tools to align staffing with forecasted workload and operational demand.
Allocate workforce resources across departments to ensure productivity, efficiency, and service-level expectations are met.
Transition planning processes from manual methods to a standardized, system-driven framework.
Monitor real-time workforce allocation and recommend adjustments to improve headcount accuracy.
