Workforce Planner

Job Description:

• Responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met through forecast modeling, capacity planning, collaboration and effective communication while ensuring forecast alignment with strategic goals
• Responsible for the overall oversight of WFM tasks and strategies to include Forecasting and capacity planning, Scheduling, and Real-time monitoring.
• Interface with leaders to understand the fast-changing business needs and make updates where necessary
• Lead projects and improvements to drive efficiencies in the team
• Coordinates with third-party partners on the headcount requirements and monitors agency performance and compliance

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably with prior experience in the Warehouse, E-commerce, Logistics field under an Workforce Planning and Management or Agency Management
