Our client is a leading Australian financial services provider is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Workforce Optimisation Lead to play a critical role in shaping the future workforce on an initial 12-month fixed term contract.
  
This position sits at the intersection of strategy, transformation, workforce planning and organisational change, providing enterprise-level insight into how workforce structure, capability and operating models evolve in response to business priorities, automation and emerging technologies.

Working closely with Senior leaders and transformation teams, you will develop forward-looking workforce scenarios, assess organisational impacts of change, and provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support executive decision-making.
