Responsibilities
- Develop workforce strategies and forecasts to meet SLAs.
- Manage forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adjustments.
- Lead and mentor the WFM team.
- Track performance metrics and provide reports to management.
- Collaborate across departments and lead improvement initiatives.
