Job Description
* Own end-to-end workforce forecasting, capacity planning, and scheduling strategies.* Partner with Operations and Finance on headcount planning and budget alignment.* Deliver executive-level workforce reports, dashboards, and presentations.* Identify and execute workforce-related cost savings and efficiency initiatives.* Lead scenario modelling for volume changes, migrations, and operational transformations.* Establish governance, standards, and best practices for workforce management.* Mentor and develop Workforce Analysts to build scalable WFM capability.* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, or related field.* Proven experience in workforce management or operations analytics in a global environment.* Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.* Advanced Excel and workforce reporting expertise; people leadership experience preferred.HPE is an Equal Employment Opportunity/ Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.
