Workforce Management (WFM) Lead

Role Overview

We are looking for a Workforce Management professional with strong experience in workforce planning, demand-to-fulfilment lifecycle management, and bench governance. The role will work closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition and Practice leaders to ensure optimal talent deployment and fulfilment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end demand fulfilment: demand intake, validation, prioritization, and internal staffing coordination.
• Track and govern bench and redeployment, ensuring faster staffing and minimizing bench cost.
• Maintain real-time visibility of resource supply, demand pipeline, critical skills, and risks.
• Partner with TA for external hiring and L&D / Practices for upskilling/reskilling alignment.
