Ubiquity is seeking a Supervisor, Workforce Management to lead and coach a global team of Real Time Analysts. You will analyze intra-day staffing, propose changes to meet service levels, and collaborate with leadership on opportunities to improve efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience in a BPO, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. Flexible shifts including graveyard are expected.
