Purpose:

To plan and allocate and utilize workforce resources effectively, in order to ensure optimal staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation that align with operational needs and enhancing efficiency and productivity , and the overall performance of the workforce.

Key Accountability Areas:

Workforce Management

  • Execute workforce planning strategies to ensure that the right number of employees with the right skills are available to meet operational requirements.

  • Oversee staff scheduling to ensure that shifts are appropriately staffed to meet demand while managing labor costs effectively.

  • Define, track, and report on workforce management key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess staffing efficiency and performance.
