About the role

As the Workforce Management Lead at YONDU INC., you will play a pivotal role in optimising the company's workforce efficiency and productivity. In this full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the workforce management processes and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time to support the company's strategic objectives.
