- Support the warehouse business in optimizing strategy and tactics deployment
- Identify gaps and propose improvement opportunities for manpower resources management within the team
- Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented in the warehouse
- Conduct data analyzes on performance such as targets, attrition, cost savings to develop insights and propose action plan for optimization, focusing on recruitment and retention mechanics and process improvement.
- Communicate and collaborate with with external stakeholders to resolve issues, assess & negotiate contracts for optimal cost and efficiency
- Prepare and automate cyclical reporting and updates on progress
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to upper management
