Workforce Governance Project Manager (18-month fixed term)

We’re looking for a delivery-focused Project Manager to support the development and execution of CIMSPA’s National Workforce Registration and Governance Project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.

This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who enjoys managing plans, coordinating activity, and keeping complex projects moving forward, rather than operating purely at a strategic or advisory level.

The Workforce Governance Project Manager will act as a liaison between departments, project teams and stakeholders and will be responsible for managing all project-related resources, including time and materials. You will play a key role in coordinating multiple workstreams, including digital elements, and ensuring alignment across teams.
