Takeda is seeking a Workforce Planning Product Analyst in Santa Fe to transform HR and business data into actionable insights and analytical tools. You will partner with HR and leaders to develop segmentation, forecasts, and scenarios that inform planning and financial processes.

You will build data-driven tools, gather and clean data from multiple sources, ensure data quality, and translate outputs into clear summaries for stakeholders.
