The Staffing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless workforce operations.

  • Navigating enterprise resource planning systems and vendor management software with ease
  • Aiding timesheet tracking & validation tasks seamlessly while maintaining data integrity control
  • Carefully verifying compensation rates daily, adhering to client/internal guidelines effectively • Maintaining accurate reporting/data integrity control through meticulous documentation compliance

    • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLA) adherence while providing accurate data reports. • Verifying pay rates & bill rates accurately on a regular basis.
