Key Responsibilities:

  • As a People Operations Specialist, you will manage employee inquiries and ensure compliance with UAE laws.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to building an exceptional employee experience while working closely with leadership. In this capacity, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, benefits administration, compensation analysis and provide guidance on labour laws.


You will have a strong understanding of employment law in UAE and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
