Overview

Workforce Development Lead – Office based in Dealain House, Cumbernauld. The role manages and safeguards N training programmes across Apprenticeships, Engineering, Craft, Graduate and scholarship initiatives to achieve the organisation’s Net Zero journey.

Remuneration

£55,000 per annum plus competitive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Safeguard trainees throughout the duration of all training programmes.
• Coach, mentor and manage approximately 50 trainees across a range of programmes and disciplines.
• Drive health and safety compliance for the trainee population.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trainees, business managers and other stakeholders.
• Proactively manage and deliver current development programmes in line with business requirements.
• Monitor trainee performance and implement additional support to ensure timely completion of programme requirements.
