The Workforce Development Coordinator is responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering comprehensive training programs that support the skill development, safety, and career progression of employees across multiple manufacturing sites. This role ensures alignment with the company’s Skill-Based Development (SBD) framework and operational goals, while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. The position requires flexibility to work early mornings or evenings to support training and special projects.
