This role plays an important part in guiding apprentices through onboarding, monitoring their progress, and coordinating with instructors and partners to ensure a positive and successful experience. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting learners across multiple skilled trades.
