Westerner Park is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Workforce Coordinator to join our team.

This role plays a key part in supporting the full employee and volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, leave management, offboarding, and volunteer program coordination.

Working closely with leaders across the organization, the Workforce Coordinator helps deliver a consistent, positive experience for employees, volunteers, and candidates while supporting the operational needs of Westerner Park’s events and daily operations.

This position serves as a key point of contact for workforce administration and volunteer engagement, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with organizational values while building strong relationships with employees, volunteers, and community partners.
