As our Retail Workforce Coordinator, you will support a large casual workforce (over 500 employees) and be at the heart of ensuring our Retail Hospitality team is adequately staffed, supported, and event-day ready! You'll play a key role in recruiting, training and supporting employees to handle busy crowds and deliver exceptional service even during the biggest surges of game-day energy.
