Overview:
Snapscale is seeking a detail-oriented Workforce Associate to support workforce operations by ensuring accurate timekeeping, Daily Time Record (DTR) monitoring, and compliance with attendance policies. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workforce efficiency, ensuring data accuracy, and providing operational support to the team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing time-sensitive workforce data to help drive smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, review, and validate employee Daily Time Records (DTR)
Ensure accurate recording of work hours, overtime, undertime, leaves, and absences
Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies in coordination with employees, supervisors, and payroll
Maintain and update timekeeping systems and records in a timely manner
Prepare and generate timekeeping and attendance reports for management and payroll use
