Workforce Assistant Manager

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Graduate of any Bachelor's degree with at least 5-10 years' experience in Workforce management.
• Must have 2-5 years of experience in handling workforce team.
• Advanced Proficiency in all Microsoft products with emphasis in Excel, Access and Power Point.
• High competency in English communication skills both written and conversational transactions. Able to represent the team to internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities to manage daily deliverables and client expectations.
• Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
