QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree with at least 5-10 years' experience in Workforce management.
Must have 2-5 years of experience in handling workforce team.
Advanced Proficiency in all Microsoft products with emphasis in Excel, Access and Power Point.
High competency in English communication skills both written and conversational transactions. Able to represent the team to internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with good analytical, problem solving, and organizational abilities to manage daily deliverables and client expectations.
Amenable to work onsite in Alabang, in a flexible shifting or rotational schedule within 24/7 work hours.
