About The Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Workforce Assistant to join our Ground Engineering team working on the Sizewell C project in Suffolk. Be part of this ‘once in a generation’ project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60 years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to provide reliable load low‑carbon electricity.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain accurate training records, including certification expiry dates and renewal schedules.
• Monitor compliance with mandatory training (e.g., lifting operations, piling operative, plant operation, etc.).
• Liaise with approved training providers to arrange courses and confirm on‑boarding.
• Organise and book site inductions for new starters and visitors across GSA projects.
• Maintain induction records and ensure timely updates to site access systems.
