Transform organizations through effective workforce advisory as an ERP Change Manager. Lead SAP change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and workforce readiness.
This role focuses on guiding clients through their ERP change journeys, managing senior stakeholders while leading project teams. You will utilize your ERP change management proficiency to ensure organizations are well-prepared for upcoming challenges and changes brought by SAP transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive change management strategies in ERP
• Drive adoption through assessments and readiness evaluations
• Develop workforce transition and capability strategies
• Serve as a strategic advisor to client leadership
• Ensure timely delivery of change management products
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in ERP change management
