What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):
The Workflow Coordinator is responsible formonitoring and managing inbound fax and email queues, ensuringtimelyandaccuratedistribution of client requests to theappropriate teamswithin the Business Contact Centre (BCC). This role is critical in supporting efficient workflow operations,maintainingservice standards, and contributing to client satisfaction by ensuring requests are processed promptly and accurately.
