We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Workflow Consultant with hands-on legal experience to join our team. You should bring exceptional technical expertise and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. Ideal candidates have experience working in a law firm or legal department on substantive legal matters and exposure to using AI tools to support legal work. In this role, you will provide comprehensive workflow consulting services to our customers, ensuring seamless integration and utilization across our portfolio of software solutions, and will help optimize workflows, increase efficiency, drive adoption, and enhance customer satisfaction.
