Workflow Automation

This role will focus on migrating databases, automating workflows, and developing an AI-driven candidate matching system. In addition, the role includes infrastructure oversight and systems support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize database indexing and implement chunking strategies for large text-based data
• Intermediate level database optimization experience is required for managing complex data structures and performance tuning
• Create email automation workflows to streamline candidate communications
• Oversee N8N server deployment on AWS and handle version control with GitHub
• Analyze AI matching performance and propose improvements for better efficiency
• Infrastructure Management: Design, configure, install, and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and server systems.
