Job Description
As a Workers’ Compensation Specialist, you will lead the workers’ compensation program for North America, working collaboratively with leaders, employees, insurance providers, government agencies, and health care providers. Your goal will be to develop and manage a fit‑for‑purpose program that supports our employees in safely returning to the workplace. Your success will be measured by the effectiveness of this program and the positive impact it has on both employees and the organization.
