  • Handle workers’ compensation cases from intake through resolution

  • Represent clients before the Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission

  • Conduct hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations

  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

  • Provide legal counsel and develop tailored case strategies

  • Maintain strong client communication and deliver effective advocacy

  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure excellent case management
  • Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Maryland (required)

  • 2+ years of experience in Maryland workers’ compensation law, including hearings before the Commission

  • Strong oral advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills
