The client is replacing the current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP system), PeopleSoft, with the Workday ERP system. The client implemented its current system in 0 with significant customizations to support internal processes.

A needs assessment identified opportunities for improvement, and Workday was selected following a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
