Workday Time Tracking & Absence Consultant
Permanent | Madrid (Remote within Spain considered)
Key Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience
Strong expertise in Time Tracking & Absence configuration
Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementations
Currently or previously Workday Certified in Time Tracking and/or Absence
Fluent Spanish (or full professional proficiency)
Strong communication skills with experience leading client workshops
Preferred / Bonus Points:
Experience working for a Workday Partner or consultancy
Experience working in fast-paced, multi-client environments
Strong understanding of Spanish labour/time regulations
Experience supporting post-go-live optimisation projects
