Role Summary

The Workday Technical Reporting Developer designs, builds, and maintains Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR, Finance, and business stakeholders. This role partners with functional teams to translate requirements into scalable reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, security, performance, and usability.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and translate business questions into Workday reporting solutions (operational, compliance, and executive reporting).
• Build and maintain Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending reports.
• Develop and maintain Workday Dashboards and report-enabled business processes where applicable.
