Overview:

The HRTS Expert serves as a subject matter authority for enterprise HR technology platforms within a global shared services environment. This role drives system optimization, supports large-scale implementations, and ensures HR applications effectively enable payroll, talent, performance, and workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as functional lead for HR systems, managing configuration, access governance, security controls, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
  • Support end-to-end system lifecycle activities, including enhancements, upgrades, and deployment of new platforms.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, functional design, and solution validation in partnership with HR and IT stakeholders.
