Job Description & Requirements
A Workday Consultant is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting integration solutions within the Workday ecosystem. The role requires strong technical expertise in Workday's integration tools and frameworks, with a focus on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that connect Workday with external systems.
Key Responsibilities
Integration Development & Support
Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and CCW (Cloud Connect for Workday).
Develop and support Finance & Payroll integrations across multiple geographies, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring smooth data flow between Workday and third‑party systems.
Solution Design & Implementation
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
