For consultants: Workday Partner Certification in HCM – Mandatory

6+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years in a Workday Security Lead role

Strong hands-on experience with HCM security framework

In-depth knowledge of business process frameworks and security implications

Experience working in large enterprise or global implementations

Strong communication skills with ability to work directly with business and technical teams
