Workday Reporting Lead

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Reporting.

- 7–12 years of overall experience in HRIS or related domains

- Working knowledge of JIRA and Service Now and the ability to work in an agile set up

- Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules.

- Knowledge of Workday Business Processes and Workday Security Model.

- Strategic mindset with ability to translate data into business insights.

- Experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.

- Ability to approach reporting holistically across multiple systems

- Effective results driven communicator, verbal and written

- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and persuasive communication.

- Adept at influencing and managing stakeholder relationships
